TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. By entering the Raffle, and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Raffle, each entrant agrees to be bound by and observe these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter of the Raffle is Goldacres Trading P/L, 1 Morang Crescent, Mitchell Park, Victoria 3355.

Who may enter.

1. Entry into the Raffle is open to residents of Australia.
2. All paid employees of Goldacres Trading P/L, relatives of paid employees, and employees of any business that buys products from Goldacres Trading P/L at wholesale prices, are not eligible to enter the raffle.

How to enter.

1. The entrant must have had a written quotation prepared by a Goldacres Dealer, using the Goldacres "Dealer Only" Portal, in one of the product categories "Special Evolution", "Prairie Evolution" or "Crop Cruiser" And/or The entrant must have placed an order through a Goldacres Dealer, for a product in the categories "Special Evolution", "Prairie Evolution" or "Crop Cruiser".
2. Entry is free.

Raffle Limitations and Period

1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
2. Quotes and/or Orders must have all customer details correctly completed on the website generated quote or order.
3. Multiple quotes for one person only count as one entry.
4. Multiple orders for one person count as one entry per order. (A person may have multiple entries in the raffle if they have both a quote and order(s) within the time span of the promotion)
5. Entries must be made between 8.00 am on the 1st November 2011 and 5.00 pm on the 7th March 2012. (Raffle Period).
6. Entries not received within the Raffle Period or not completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry will not be eligible to win.
7. Entries will be printed from the Goldacres Dealer Portal website on identically sized pages and placed into a barrel for the draw.
8. Entrants can request a quote by contacting a Goldacres Dealer directly, or by submitting a request for a quote through www.buildyoursprayer.com.au
9. A list of Goldacres Dealers can be found at www.goldacres.com.au or in the "Spring/Summer Catalogue 2011/2012"

Prizes and notification

1. The prizes are as follows:

a. First prize. Voucher for Goldacres or Pathway branded products to the value of $30,000 inc GST.
b. Second Prize. Voucher for Goldacres or Pathway branded products to the value of $20,000 inc GST.
c. Third Prize. Voucher for Goldacres or Pathway branded products to the value of $10,000 inc GST.

2. One prize winner for each of the 3 prizes will be drawn from a barrel on Thursday 8th March 2012 at 12.30 pm, by an official of the Wimmera Field Days Committee, at the Goldacres Field Day site number L12-18, Longerenong Road, Longerenong, Victoria, 3401.
3. The prize winner will be notified by post within 2 weeks of the draw.
4. The name of the prize winner will be published in The Herald Sun on Saturday 17th March 2012.
5. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
6. The prizes are not redeemable for cash.
7. Vouchers are redeemable at any Goldacres or Pathway Retailer as listed in the "Spring/Summer Catalogue 2011/2012"
8. Vouchers are not redeemable for labour or service work.
9. Vouchers are not redeemable for debts in arrears at any Goldacres or Pathway dealer.
10. Goldacres will replace Dealer stock claimed under a voucher or alternative stock to the same retail value.
11. The full value of the voucher must be claimed before 5.00 pm on the 31st December 2013.
12. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take an element of their prize by the time stipulated by Goldacres Trading P/L, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

Information for Prize Winner

1. All entrants agree to provide Goldacres Trading P/L with identification and/or proof of age if selected as a prize winner or if reasonably requested by Goldacres Trading P/L.

a. The form of identification and/or proof of age as well as authorisation and release are at the discretion of Goldacres Trading P/L.
b.Failure to provide such proof and authorisation will immediately invalidate the prize winner's entitlement to the prize, subject to state legislation.

2. The information entrants provide will be used by Goldacres Trading P/L for the purpose of conducting this promotion.
3. The prize winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotion purposes, without compensation, and agrees that Goldacres Trading P/L will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.

Limitation of Liability

1. No responsibility will be taken by Goldacres Trading P/L or its agents, officers or employees for lost, ineligible, misdirected or late entries due to technical reasons or any other reason. Entries that are not genuine, are incomplete or late or are in any way fraudulent are void.
2. Neither Goldacres Trading P/L or its employees nor any other person or party associated with this promotion, will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered or personal injury

• suffered or sustained by an entrant:
• while driving any vehicle won as part of the Raffle; and/or
• as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail; and/or
• due to circumstances outside the Goldacres Trading P/L's reasonable control.

3. If Goldacres Trading P/L is liable for any claim by the entrant, including a claim arising from the Promoter's negligence, the Promoter's liability for any such claim shall not exceed AUD$1,000.00.
4. Goldacres Trading P/L is not liable for the cancellation of all or any part of the prizes, for any reason.

Privacy

1. Goldacres Trading P/L may disclose an entrant's personal information to assist in conducting the Raffle or communicating with an entrant. Entrants in the Raffle acknowledge that Goldacres Trading P/L may share an entrant's personal information with the related entities of Goldacres Trading P/L which may contact you with information or promotions regarding Goldacres Trading P/L. Goldacres Trading P/L is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can access the personal information Goldacres Trading P/L holds about them by writing to Goldacres Trading P/L, 1 Morang Crescent, Mitchell Park, VIC.
2. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees that Goldacres Trading P/L may disclose the entrant's personal information to State and Territory gaming departments. The prize winner acknowledges that their name will be published as required under the relevant gaming legislation and Goldacres Trading P/L may publish or cause to be published each prize winner's name and suburb in any media.

General

1. The Raffle is a promotional opportunity and a 'game of chance'. Each entry is entitled to an equal chance of winning the draw. If for any reason the Raffle is not capable of running as planned, including causes beyond the control of Goldacres Trading P/L, which corrupt or affect the fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Raffle, Goldacres Trading P/L reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the

Goldacres Trading P/L reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Goldacres Trading P/L, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who has, in the opinion of Goldacres Trading P/L, engaged in conduct in entering the Raffle which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Raffle and/or Goldacres Trading P/L including but not limited to using techniques or methods to avoid payment of any costs. Goldacres Trading P/L reserves the right to disqualify a prize winner if Goldacres Trading P/L becomes aware that the winner and/or the prize winner's entry is of a type described in this paragraph.
3. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and should seek independent financial advice prior to their acceptance of their prize.
